Turnkey technical documentation, CADD geometric drawings, feasibility audits, portal submissions, and institutional follow-up for fuel stations, commercial corridors, and utility infrastructure.
Operational Scope:
• NHAI & MoRTH (National Level): All National Highways, Expressways & Economic Corridors across India.
• State PWD Access: Specialized liaison across Punjab (PWD B&R, GMADA, PUDA) and Haryana (PWD B&R, HSVP/HUDA).
Verify IRC:12 distance compliance, median cuts, and deceleration requirements.
Technical preparation, engineering layouts, portal filing, and regulatory follow-up.
Site viability conforming strictly to MoRTH circulars and IRC:12:2020. Precision layouts for deceleration/acceleration lanes, 5.5m service roads, buffer strips, and intersection distance compliance.
Direct procedural clearance with PWD (B&R) Executive Engineers and Chief Engineers across Punjab and Haryana for commercial establishments, marriage palaces, and residential schemes.
Right-of-Way (ROW) NOCs for laying underground Optical Fibre Cables (OFC), City Gas Distribution (CGD) pipelines, and municipal water/sewerage connections crossing or running along National Highways.
Technical resolution for proposals returned on MoRTH/NHAI portals, applications flagged with distance non-compliances, and formulation of representations before Regional Officers (RO).
Assisting developers in meeting 1-year construction compliance, completing site culverts and road signage, obtaining Extension of Time (EOT), and executing tripartite License Deeds with NHAI.
Preparation of hydraulic discharge designs, longitudinal cross-sections, and RCC slab culvert bridge drawings ensuring seamless stormwater runoff without obstructing highway drains.
A proven engineering workflow designed to bypass regulatory objections.
Ground GPS verification of median cuts, intersection distances, Right of Way (ROW) boundaries, and IRC:12 checklist conformity.
Preparation of key plans, acceleration/deceleration layout drawings, longitudinal sections, and drainage culvert structural sheets.
Filing on MoRTH/PWD portals, payment coordination of statutory fees, and joint field inspection with highway authority engineers.
Securing in-principle approval, supervising 1-year access construction, and executing the final registered tripartite License Deed.
Serving national infrastructure corridors alongside dedicated regional operations.

An NHAI NOC is mandatory before constructing any vehicular entrance/exit connecting private land to a National Highway, or laying any utility cable/pipe within the Right of Way (ROW). Unauthorized access points are subject to demolition and legal penalties under the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002.
Guidelines mandate strict minimum distance separations from intersections (rural vs. urban stretches), minimum plot frontage along the highway, buffer strip widths, and mandatory deceleration/acceleration lanes to ensure safe vehicular merges.
A Provisional NOC provides in-principle permission to build the access layout within 1 year as per approved CADD plans. Following joint site inspection and compliance verification, the formal License Deed is executed between the applicant and the highway authority.
Applicants can apply for an Extension of Time (EOT). Under established MoRTH administrative procedures, extensions are typically permissible for 1 additional year at a time, supported by genuine site justifications.
